Compassionate and creative counseling for tweens, teens, and adults.
Women have so many roles to play.
So many responsibilities.
You’re a daughter, sister, caregiver, entrepreneur or employee….the list goes on.
Sometimes it can be hard work.
It can feel lonely and exhausting.
You might feel like you have no idea what you’re doing and you don’t know who to ask for help. Other times, you feel like too many people rely on you and you wish they could handle things on their own. You may have a voice inside your head saying, “You’re not doing it well enough. You need to do better.”
And in spite of all this, you are still giving your best self to others.
It’s tiring, to say the least. So every night you collapse on the couch and say hello to your squad--Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, HBO Max, TikTok, Instagram, the news—and say “some other time” to fun, friends, hobbies, and exercise.
And you ask yourself:
Is all this effort worth it? Will it ever get better?
Is this all there is?
This is hard.
Let’s get you back to a place where you are a priority.

You need to have at least one person who is looking out for you. Someone who gets it. Someone who is there to listen to you, support you, and partner with you to find more ease and joy in your life.
